Driver's Permit!

This summer, Mitch took Driver's Ed. with his good buddy, Dom. They had to endure approximately 2 hours a day of classwork during the month of August, and then complete 14 hours of driver's training (in the car with the instructor). Mitch passed both his written and behind-the-wheel tests with flying colors! Now M. has to wait until June for his "real" driver's license, but he's supposed to practice his driving in the meantime. So now we "sort-of" have 2 teenaged male drivers! Hooray for the Good Student Discount.

Here's Mitch with Dad on M's first drive. Look at that concentration! (notice the tongue, a'la Michael Jordan!). Brian was elected to be Parent Supervisor on the first drive this time.

Mitch has been a really good driver so far. We sure hope it continues!
