We just had a week full of fun - with Aunt Shelley and Carlos visiting us in Texas! Carlos is now 4 years old - hard to believe. He is so smart and so cute, as you can see in the pics! One of his favorite sayings is "Good grief!" (courtesy of Charlie Brown & the Peanuts gang, of course!). Carlos also cracked us up with his Scooby Doo obsession. He would constantly tell us that our house is haunted, and he'd go around looking for "clues." (Needless to say, we have a lot of "clues" around this house!). He'd wear his sunglasses everywhere and pretend he was Velma, of Scooby Doo. He'd then proceed to lose his glasses and feel all around for them, with his eyes closed - because Velma can't see without her glasses! So funny!

While Shelley and Carlos were here, we went swimming, took a tour of the Blue Bell ice cream factory in Brenham, ate at Rico's (yummm!!), went shopping over at Market Street, visited the Children's Museum in The Woodlands, and went on a little trip down to Harwin (to visit Mr. Park and his jewelry). Lots of fun. I hear that a few boys - minus the eldest - even got to skip a day of school (hush! Don't tell, 'k?) to go to Blue Bell. What a nice mom, right?

We hated to see them leave yesterday, but hopefully this time we won't go as long in between visits. Love you guys!
