Brian's side of the family all seems to be relatively healthy and slim...and it seems like they all drink "green drink!" We decided that we need to try to eat a bit healthier, so we've been drinking this for breakfast for the past few weeks. Everyone likes it -even the kids! My first recipe wasn't as pretty nor as tasty as this one. This is recipe #2. It's probably too good to be true - but definitely healthier than a bowl of Cap'n Crunch, right? The green in it is kale. It also has grapes, bananas, clementines (or oranges) and pears. So far, so good! I think it tastes like a glass of...."fresh!" (Don't ask - just try it!). Let me know if you'd like the recipe!

I would love the recipe!
OK that looks overly healthy. I'm interested in the slimming part. It would give my husband one more thing to add to the "Joy is Certifiable" list.
